SUMMERSIDE (PEI), February 3, 2015 – The Coopérative d'Intégration Francophone de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard (CIF) is pleased to announce its new project, AgriInterCulture, in which students or young graduates in agricultural studies are recruited and matched with farmers in the province.

SUMMERSIDE (PEI), February 2, 2015 –Throughout February, the Coopérative d'intégration francophone de l'Î.-P.-É. (CIF) will highlight Black History Month with a series of four articles, with one published every Wednesday in the French weekly newspaper La Voix acadienne. The CIF is publishing these articles to inform the Acadian and Francophone community of Prince Edward Island about historical moments in Black immigration to Canada.

Agri-Inter-Culture is a project led by the Coopérative d'intégration francophone de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard. This recruitment initiative aims to match young Francophone workers from outside the country with employers from the province's agricultural sector. The project is a means of contributing to the economic development of Prince Edward Island's agricultural industry by providing local farmers with a better labour supply (qualified and via internships). It is also a way for the Acadian and Francophone community to welcome young foreigners (qualified workers or students seeking internships) to spend 3 to 24 months in our province.
